This was always the hardest part in moving for me.

- Do they have good organizational skills?
- Do they have a good understanding of the home staging and realtor relationship?
- Do they posses good communication and listening skills?
- Do they have good people skills, approachable and friendly?
- Do they watch every home renovation, flipper and real-estate show on HGTV, wanting to make Laurel, MS a vacation destination? Referring to the cast like they’re family?
- Have they have owned and renovated more homes than there are renovation shows on HGTV?
- Are they constantly arranging and rearranging things in not only their home, but in friends and families homes too?
- Do they love to shop a good bargain?
- Are Pinterest and Houzz part of the daily ritual?
