Moving is not for the faint of heart. This holds true whether it is a home that is hitting the market in Ormond Beach, Florida or on the other side of the country. There are boxes and packing. There’s decluttering and depersonalization. There’s finding and moving into that perfect new home…did I mention boxes and packing? When it comes to selling your home it is difficult to detach yourself, after all this is still your home. You are surrounded by family photos and the walls that made your house a home.
