This design option enables you as the client to have a space created or transformed virtually. A step by step plan is used beginning with our comprehensive questionnaire, to create a professionally designed space that perfectly meets your individual style, needs and budget. The design includes every detail you will need to implement your project on your own timeline. The details provided can include a shopping list/links for furniture and layout, accessory selection, and color choices. We use techniques, such as, Mood Boards and 3D floor plans to help you better visualize the design.
DIY Staging Consultation
Perfect for the DIYer- In this intensive in-home or virtual staging consultation, we will spend up to 2 hours using a detailed Home Staging Report that will be provided to you for reference. This service is designed to provide you with objective, expert advice to confidently prepare you and your home for market.
Silver Transformation
Feeling overwhelmed with preparing to sell your home? This staging service is all about rolling up our sleeves and working together. We will follow the detailed Home Staging Report provided to you at your consultation. You won’t believe the difference a few hours makes just by using what you already own! *This service includes up to 4 hours in the home with 2 hours planning/prep time.
Gold Transformation
Do you have a larger home with more than a few hours of work that needs to be done? No problem! This staging service simply extends our time together to include a day of rolling up our sleeves and working together to follow the detailed Home Staging Report and tackling the main areas of the home. We will also be staging for photos. This package is recommended for homes 3500’ and larger. *This service includes up to 7 hours in the home with 2 hours planning/prep time.
Platinum Shopping Service
In this premier shopping service, we will shop for items that will enhance your newly designed space or serve as investments in the sale of your home. This will be done based on a predetermined budget created in advance by you. We are the experts in sourcing items with established vendor relationships and preferred vendor pricing!!! This premiere shopping service is provided to you at an hourly rate.
Organization-Decluttering Service
In this in-home or virtual consultation service we will spend up to 2 hours and will provide you with a detailed recommendation and action plan for your reference. Whether you want to make your home “market ready” or you just need a “Better Home” We at Better Homes and Staging are here to help transform your home, making it clear of clutter and organized one space at a time! All services can include, but are not limited to kitchens, closets, bedrooms, playrooms, home offices and garages.
Better Home Safety Consultation
We at Better Homes and Staging want to help people stay in the home they know and love, by transforming spaces into safe, suitable environments. In this in-home or virtual consultation service we will spend up to 2 hours and will provide you with a detailed report outlining our recommendations. We can further assist with referrals from our list of preferred vendors if need be to assist with any identified recommendations you as the homeowner wish to pursue. We offer safe, smart alternatives to making your home a “Better Home”.
Having a nurse practitioner as the owner of the company provides a unique perspective to this service. She is someone that has worked with this population and understands their need and desire to remain independent, regardless of age or physical ability for as long as safely possible. We at Better Homes and Staging provide recommendations only.
